EVALUATION FEE

We charge a per drive evaluation fee. Once the evaluation is complete, we will provide a firm quote for your case. This evaluation fee is credited towards a successful recovery quote.

STANDARD SERVICE PRICING 

We quote each case out separately depending on work required to recover data. The evaluation fee is nonrefundable, but you are under no obligation to the recovery, and you only pay the quote if you approve the File Listing we provide you following the evaluation.

We offer EMERGENCY and STANDARD level of service.

==> EMERGENCY Service Level Pricing is 50% more than Standard Service Level. For Emergency level jobs, we will allocate immediate resources to your case, and we provide a 72-hour Price Guarantee, which means that Emergency Level Pricing only applies if we can produce a File Listing within 72 hours of receipt of your drive. Otherwise, Standard Service Level Pricing applies.
